What types of businesses can join Fantuan?
Restaurants, quick-service restaurants, cafés, beverage shops, bakeries, grocery stores, and other eligible food retailers may apply. Final eligibility depends on local service coverage and review requirements.
How long does it take to go live?
A dedicated advisor usually contacts you within one business day. If your documents are complete, your agreement is confirmed, and your menu and store settings are ready, launch may be possible in as little as three business days. Actual timing varies by city and restaurant.
What documents do I need?
You generally need a valid business licence, required food-service permits, store and contact details, a priced menu, and clear photos of your restaurant and food. Requirements may vary by country or city.
How are Fantuan merchant fees calculated?
There is no registration fee to submit an application. Once your restaurant is live and completes orders, service fees depend on your market, delivery method, and partnership plan. Your advisor will explain and confirm all applicable fees before signing.
Can my restaurant use its own delivery team?
Yes. Depending on your city and partnership plan, you may use Fantuan delivery or your own couriers. Fantuan matches courier partners for platform delivery, while self-delivery orders are fulfilled by the restaurant.
Which cities does Fantuan support?
Fantuan serves multiple cities across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Select your country and city in the application form to find the appropriate local team. Availability is subject to the service areas shown during application.
Who handles operations and customer support?
Fantuan's operations team supports store setup, menu onboarding, marketing campaigns, and platform usage. Order and delivery issues are coordinated between Fantuan support, the delivery team, and the restaurant based on responsibility. Restaurants remain responsible for food quality and preparation.
Can I update my menu, prices, and business hours?
Yes. Merchant tools allow you to maintain menu items, stock, prices, and operating hours. Your dedicated operations specialist can also assist with major menu updates and promotional campaigns.
