About Shipbuy Shipbuy is a growing technology company providing innovative shipping, order management, inventory management, and warehouse management solutions for e-commerce businesses. Our platform helps online sellers, retailers, warehouses, and fulfillment companies simplify their daily operations, manage orders and inventory, compare shipping rates, and streamline fulfillment across multiple sales channels and carriers. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven B2B Field Sales Representative to join our growing team and help expand our customer base. About the Role This is a hands-on sales position focused on developing new business relationships through in-person customer visits, field prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, direct mail, networking, and consistent follow-ups. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, solving customer problems, and turning opportunities into long-term business partnerships. This is not a desk-only sales position. You should be comfortable being out in the field, visiting potential customers, introducing our solutions, and actively generating new business. Key Responsibilities • Field Sales & Customer Visits: Proactively visit local businesses, e-commerce sellers, warehouses, wholesalers, and fulfillment centers to identify potential customers and introduce Shipbuy's services. • Lead Generation: Develop new sales opportunities through door-to-door prospecting, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, direct mail, referrals, and networking. • Product Presentation: Understand customer shipping and fulfillment needs, demonstrate Shipbuy's solutions, and explain how our platform can improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. • Sales Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects, handle objections, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process. • Customer Acquisition: Convert qualified prospects into active customers and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience. • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities. • Market Feedback: Share customer feedback, competitive insights, and market opportunities with the team to help improve our products and sales strategies. Qualifications & Requirements • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to take initiative. • Hardworking, patient, persistent, and resilient, with a positive attitude toward challenges and rejection. • Comfortable approaching new customers, making cold calls, and conducting face-to-face business visits. • Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping customers. • Able to work independently, manage schedules effectively, and achieve sales goals.1. • Willing and able to travel locally throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. • Previous experience in B2B sales, outside sales, business development, or customer acquisition is preferred. • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, shipping, warehousing, or SaaS is a plus, but not required. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits. We value attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn just as much as previous sales experience. Compensation & Opportunities • Competitive base salary. • Sales commissions and performance-based bonuses. • Opportunities for increased earnings based on sales performance. • Product training and ongoing support. • Opportunities for career growth as Shipbuy expands. • A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions directly impact company growth. Who We're Looking For We want someone who is not afraid to knock on doors, start conversations, and follow up multiple times to earn a customer's trust. You don't need to know everything about logistics or software on day one. What matters most is your energy, determination, communication skills, willingness to learn, and commitment to getting results. If you enjoy meeting new people, building business relationships, and being rewarded for your efforts, we'd love to hear from you. How to Apply Please apply with your resume and a brief introduction about your sales experience, language proficiency, and why you're interested in joining Shipbuy
