Qualifications - Diploma or degree in business, marketing, sales, construction management, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, construction, building materials, cabinetry, millwork, or home improvement is an asset. - Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills. - Confidence approaching new customers through cold calls, email, networking, and in-person visits. - Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a startup environment. - Ability to manage multiple leads, quotations, projects, and deadlines. - Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business tools. - Ability to understand product measurements, construction drawings, or building plans is an asset. - A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation for customer and job-site visits. - Fluency in English. Additional language skills are an asset. The Person We Are Looking For You are proactive, practical, and results-driven.
